Outdoor and Water Retail Assistant
Join our team known for exceptional customer service, top-quality products, and technical expertise. We’re currently hiring a retail assistant for a full-time, fixed term position starting immediately and lasting until April 2024, with the potential for ongoing employment.
The successful applicant will have:
- A passion for the outdoors
- Proven customer service experience
- A genuine desire for matching customers with the right gear
On top of all this, we’re looking for someone who is:
- Hard working and efficient
- Legally allowed to work in NZ
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and over the Holiday period

Rental Bike Assistant
If you want to be part of a business whose mission is to enable people to have the best experience in the outdoors, then we want to hear from you!
We have a reputation for excellence in customer service, the products we sell and our technical knowledge. We are currently looking for a Bike Rental Assistant to join our team. This full-time role will start immediately for a fixed term until April 2024 (with the possibility of on-going work).
The successful applicant will have:
- A passion for bikes
- Proven customer service experience
- A genuine desire for matching customers with the right gear
- Some basic bike mechanic skills, ideally gained from working in a bike workshop
On top of all this, we’re looking for someone who is:
- Hard-working and efficient
- Legally allowed to work in NZ
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and over the Christmas/New Year period

Bike Mechanic
If you want the chance to further your skills and work with a group of like minded bike lovers, then we want to hear from you!
Become part of our team, known for exceptional customer service, top-notch products, and technical expertise. We’re currently seeking a Bike Mechanic for a full-time position starting in January, with the potential for ongoing employment beyond the fixed term until April 2024.
The successful applicant will:
- Posses the ability to assess and perform a variety of customer repairs
- Assist with the maintenance of our bike rental fleet
- Have the skills to assemble customer and rental bikes
- Perform different levels of service packages
On top of all this, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2+ year’s bike mechanic experience working on a range of bikes including mountain, electric, road, and gravel bikes
- Relevant bike mechanic qualifications (desirable)
- Up-to-date knowledge of current bike technologies
- Bike industry retail experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently
- Available to work weekends, weekends and over the Holiday period
- Legally allowed to work in NZ
