Boot Fitter
World’s best boot fitter? Prove it! We are looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and switched-on boot fitters to join us for the Southern Hemisphere winter.
Your role will involve:
- Assessing customers’ needs and recommending appropriate ski boots
- Moulding custom footbeds and customising shells and liners
- Selling ski hardware, backcountry and ski accessories
- Assisting customers with purchases, price enquiries and special orders
What we’re looking for in you:
- Proven boot fitting experience
- A passion for skiing
- Knowledge of skis and backcountry accessories (desirable)
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and have good time management
- Legally allowed to work in NZ

Workshop Technician
Do you consider yourself a night owl? Are you drawn to a role where you can play all day and work at night? Our Workshop team dedicates their evenings to meticulously preparing customers’ skis and snowboards, ensuring they’re primed for an exhilarating ride the next morning. The perfect fit for this position is someone who thrives as a logical problem solver, takes pleasure in hands-on work, possesses a genuine passion for all things snow, and is eager to contribute their skills in a bustling workshop setting.
Your role will involve:
- Tuning a wide range of skis and snowboards
- Mounting skis for customers and our rental fleet
- Assessing major repairs such as base patches or edge replacements
- Advising customers about repairs and mounting locations
What we’re looking for in you:
- Proven experience in a ski/snowboard workshop (desirable, although training will be provided)
- Happy to work evenings
- Experience with hands on work
- A passion for the snow and the technical side of skiing and snowboarding
- Be enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking and take pride in their work
- Able to work well in a team
- Legally allowed to work in NZ

Bike Rental Assistant

We have a reputation for excellence in customer service, the products we sell and our technical knowledge. We are currently looking for a Rental Bike Assistant to join our team, this position will be casual with the chance to become Full Time for the right candidate!
The successful applicant will have:
- A passion for bikes
- Proven customer service experience
- A genuine desire for matching customers with the right gear
- Some basic bike mechanic skills, ideally gained from working in a bike workshop
On top of all this, we’re looking for someone who is:
- Hard-working and efficient
- Legally allowed to work in NZ
- Available to work weekdays, weekends and over the Christmas/New Year period
