With the Fuel EX 9.8 GX, Trek have produced a lightweight carbon frame combined with high performance trimmings with a highly competitive price point. The Fuel EX 9.8 GX isn’t the cheapest bike on the line, but what you’ll get for your money will take you to the next level of riding. The bike is fitted with top of the line Fox suspension with upgraded front and rear dampers. You’ll be turning on carbon wheels accompanied by a Rapid Drive rear hub and SRAM’s newest drivetrain with the widest range yet! With all the whistles and bells, the price tag is a steal for this trail assassin.

The Fuel EX 9.8 will elevate your skill set with a top of the line tech package that doesn’t cost top line dollar. The previously mentioned carbon frame includes an internal storage area so you can ride with all of your essentials and ditch the backpack. Fox Performance 36 fork are accompanied with a Grip damper that allows for more tunings. The RE:aktiv feature gives the rider more control and traction with a faster than normal shock that reacts quickly to the terrain. The SRAM’s GX Eagle drivetrain has a 52-tooth climbing gear which will save your legs from gruelling climbs.
