LEVEL 3 UPDATE
From Tuesday 28th April, Racers Edge will be opening the rear side alley door to provide a phone order and ‘click n collect’ business. We will also have a bike workshop set up in our bike rental premise (also in the alley) to provide customers any necessary bike servicing.
The health, safety and well-being of our staff and our customers, and our support to eliminating Covid-19 in New Zealand is at the forefront of our hygiene plan. We will have strict social distancing guidelines and the necessary measures to ensure high standards of hygiene are fulfilled.
Contactless ordering and payment are available over the phone (03) 443 7882 and we encourage people to call us to notify us that you are coming to Racers Edge to collect any goods or drop off a bike for a service.
A mandatory hygiene bike wash and bike clean will be carried out on each bike before servicing commences to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our mechanics. These bike cleans will be charged at usual bike cleaning rates. There will be a mechanic available at the bike workshop alley facility positioned at our workshop scheduler approximately 3m distance from the customer check in and bike racking area. You will be able to discuss your servicing requirements with our professional technicians from this point without compromising yours or our teams health.

Our very own Online Store racersedge.co.nz is under construction at the moment and we hope to launch this in the not to distant future. We will keep you in the loop with updates and launch plans…..….watch this space.
