Standard - Gear that's not bulky or heavy like clothing, shoes, bike parts & small tents.

Large - Large gear that's not heavy like surfboards, bike racks, inflatable SUPs, skis & snowboards.

Extra large - Bulky and/or heavy gear like hard SUPs and longboards, large tents, kayaks, treadmills & trampolines.

 

HOW CLICK & COLLECT WORKS

Click & Collect is a delivery service that allows you to order on the Racers Edge website, and pick up from the Racers Edge store.

Once you add gear to your shopping cart and check out, just select store you would like to collect it from in the delivery options. The charge (if applicable) will then update to reflect the appropriate shipping rate.

 

PICKING UP YOUR PURCHASE IN STORE

You'll need a copy of your order reference or photo ID to be able to collect your order. If you have someone collecting your order on your behalf, make sure they have a copy of your order reference.

 

HOW LONG WILL CLICK & COLLECT TAKE TO ARRIVE IN STORE’

We will contact you by text, email or phone call when your order is ready to collect.

Standard and Large - North Island expected delivery in 1-2 business days, South Island 3-4 business days.

Extra large - North Island expected delivery in 3-5 business days. South Island expected delivery in 5-7 business days.
In all cases you will receive an email notification or call from the local Torpedo7 store once it is ready for collection. You can find our detailed shipping & delivery policy here.
