bike mechanic
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and work with a team of passionate bike enthusiasts? We’re looking for a Bike Mechanic to join our crew, renowned for exceptional service, top-tier products, and technical expertise. This is a full-time role starting in November with the potential for ongoing employment beyond April 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform a wide range of customer repairs
- Maintain and service our bike rental fleet
- Assemble both customer and rental bikes
- Carry out various service packages
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a bike mechanic working with mountain, electric, road, and gravel bikes
- Relevant bike mechanic qualifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of current bike technologies
- Bike industry retail experience (a plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work weekends and throughout the holiday period
- Legally allowed to work in NZ
