Bike Mechanic
We’re looking for an experienced Bike Mechanic to join our workshop team on a part-time weekend basis.
Ideal for a senior mechanic who works autonomously, gets stuck in and takes pride in getting the job done. You’ll mainly be workshop-based, with a hand in bike rentals and retail when needed.
Fixed-term with the potential for summer work and ongoing/full-time opportunities. Wānaka lifestyle included.
- Strong bike mechanical experience
- Able to confidently diagnose, service and repair bikes independently
- Reliable, practical and happy to get stuck in
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to work weekends
Assistant Store Manager
We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who brings energy, passion, and a genuine love for the outdoors. Someone who can help with leading the team, fostering a high-performing culture, and making sure every customer leaves inspired and ready for their next adventure.
This is a hands-on role where your product knowledge, leadership, and enthusiasm for the outdoors will make a real impact every day.
- Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and development
- Leading by example on the shop floor as a trusted Gear Guide
- Helping the team deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet sales targets
- Supporting inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational tasks
- Assisting with community engagement, marketing, and events
