Winter Retail Assistant
Be the face of Racers Edge this winter. As a Retail Assistant (or, as we call them - Gear Guides), you’ll help customers gear up for unforgettable days on the mountain, sharing your snow knowledge and delivering genuinely great service.
If you love the outdoors, enjoy chatting gear, and want a fun team, solid perks, and time to ski, this one’s for you. Bonus points if you can speak Mandarin or Cantonese.

Boot Fitter

Rental Technician
Fast-paced, hands-on, and right at the heart of the action. Our Rental Technicians match customers with the right gear, keep equipment running smoothly, and help set people up for their best day on snow.

Workshop Technician
Play all day, tune all night. Our Workshop Technicians work evenings preparing skis and boards for epic days on the hill.
If you love hands-on work, problem solving, and the technical side of snow sports, this is your chance to be part of a tight-knit crew, score serious on-snow time, and take pride in perfectly prepped gear.
On-Snow Demo Sales
Take retail to the mountain. This on-snow role lets you sell skis
where they’re meant to be used.
Ideal for confident skiers who love being outside and talking gear. Plus, being on-mountain means sneaky lunchtime laps. Score.
