- This ski pass can be used by one person only, all season, on both Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields, barring peak periods in July.
- The winner of the giveaway can nominate a person to pick up/use their pass if they don't want it.
- Passes won in the giveaway can only be transferred to a new name once and may not be resold.
- The winner cannot claim a refund for an already purchased pass or trade in the 3-Day-Earlybird-Pass for money or credit.
