Racers Edge Wanaka: Returns Policy

Here at Racers Edge Wanaka, we like to go above and beyond the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act by offering a 30 day return policy.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us back your purchase in exchange for store credit or a refund of the money you paid. 

With our 30-day return policy there are no special catches it’s extremely simple! All we ask is that you return your purchase back to us unused, in the original packaging and with tags still attached. We cannot process returns for: watches, underwear, socks, ear plugs, compression clothing, padded bike shorts and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Racers Edge Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

If you want to exchange something on your order for something else then simply return what you don’t want and place a new order for what you require on our website. Alternatively, you can exchange some products in store as per below.

In-Store Returns/Exchanges
Bring your item into Racers Edge Wanaka along with proof of purchase and one of our friendly members of staff will exchange the item or refund your money. If your product was purchased online, our staff can help you process your return in store but cash refunds CANNOT be received in store for online returns. If you return your online order in store, we aim to get your refund back to you within 2-3 business days. Please note that if exchanging a product, our Wanaka store may not have the item you want in stock, but if it is available online we can help you place an order while in store.

1)  Complete our return form which you can download above. If you cannot print the returns form, please include a note stating the purchasers name, address, e-mail address and order number.

2) Please package your item/s carefully to avoid damage in transit.

3)  Send returns to the below address using a courier of your choice:

5)  Keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit or refund.
